In terms of research and development in the field of nanotechnology it is wrong to say that Azerbaijan is in the same starting positions with the world’s leading powers. Analysis of the development of nanotechnology in the world leads to the conclusion that despite of the wide scope of work undertaken in this area, each country tries to highlight their priorities, which lets them to take the leading position in the world, based on the commercialization of nanotechnology products and products based on them in the global market. Implementing an active state policy of Azerbaijan on the practical implementation and development of nanotechnology will not only maintain parity with the leading states in several key areas of science and technology, providing the necessary level of national security, but also to achieve the world standard in some areas. Successful exploration and development of new opportunities in nanotechnology will require the coordination of work at the state level and its full (legal, resource, economic and financial, human) maintenance. Positive results of the use of nanotechnology to the economy and national security of Azerbaijan allows us to consider this area as the basic one.

The work defines the relation between drilling tool velocity change during pool-out from well and cumulative resistance force and dynamic force while minimizing power of these forces, which is a basis for reliable operation of tyre-pneumatic cluch which leads to drilling pipes fast and hazardless pull-out.

6. The make use of colloid chemistry in nanotechnology (page 75)

The work is dedicated to physic-chemical phenomena and some aspects of colloid chemistry, which are used in nanochemistry and nanotechnology. The major types of natural disperse systems are determined, which can be regarded as nanosystems. Physic-chemical phenomena occurring in nanosystems at the interface of phases of different nature (polar liquid / non-polar liquid), as well at the contact of liquids of different nature with a solid surface is analyzed. The role of surfactants in such systems is revealed.

7. Influence of nonorganic complexes of imidozolines of individual organic acids on the sulphatereducing bacterium activity (page 85)

Carried out research works on creating effective inhibitors-bactericides. As an object of investigation nonorganic complexes of imidazolines of individual organic acids have been chosen. Complexes using HCl, HJ, HBr, HNO3, and H3PO4 have been synthesized. It has been determined that phosphate complexes are the strongest bactericides and in 10-1000 mg/l concentration they suppress fully the SRB activity.

8. Analysis of reasons of global warming and soil desertification on absheron peninsula (page 98)

The work determines the influence of anthropogenous and natural factors on processes of global warming and desertification. The mathematical model of the various factors proving the development of anthropogenous desertification on Absheron peninsula is developed.

In article the applied analytical method of the theory of carrying-over of the radiation is considered, which allows to effectively model the influence of radiation factors of aerosol plane-parallel atmosphere on spectral albedo of natural formations under shooting of the Earth from space in visible area of a spectrum  = 400 - 800 nanometers.

The article looks into the method of calculation of orthotropic flexible and flat shells with respect to physical non-linearity of material, and also thin unenclosed flat shell related to Descartes coordinate system and deployed in the middle of surface.
It was established that the normal to the middle of shell surface shift “w” is independent from axis “z”, i.e. all points deployed along the same normal to the middle of the surface have the identical shifts and equal to the shift of the point the middle of surface.

3. Hydrodynamic modeling of multilinked gas fields or underground gas storages (ugs) to achieve optimal solutions (page 45)

Hydrodynamic modeling of the multilinked gas field systems, including the modeling of complex triple phase filtration of fluids in multilayered deposits connected with range of working wells, network of gas pipelines of a varying configuration, collectors and compressor station are analyzed in this work.
The achieved model allows to carry out multiple calculations and to define optimal technological regimes within the limits of formulated multicriterial problems.

4. Analysis of influence of abrasive particles on sealing units of the drilling rig piston pump (page 55)

The article underlines that wear resistance of unit surfaces exposed to friction is defined by durability in interface of composing lubricants. At the same time boundary lubricant regulates high temperatures, normal and tangent stresses formed on surface, and reduces the size friction and wear.
Control of abrasive particles of drilling fluid entering the cylinder-piston group, with size more than 3 m, will increase efficiency of pump.

5. Kinetics of damages during contact wear of drilling rig pump units (page 62)
MOHAMMED MOHSEN MOHAMMED ALESAI
The work defines the relationship between kinetics of damages and process of fatigue wear, and this confirms a generality of the analytical dependences describing destruction of materials during usual wear and friction. Hence, the usual equations of weariness are lawfully used for estimation of durability and efficiency of valve saddle of the drilling rig pump.

6. Creation of intelectually diagnostic system for drilling machines (page 67)

The present article presents results of work on creation of monitoring systems and diagnostics of processes to recognize refusals of drilling machines and the equipment in real conditions, and also development of structure of intellectual diagnostics export system of drilling machines and the equipment with application of database ESPLAN.

The article deals with issues related to investment management, investment analysis, evaluation of investment efficiency, system performance analysis. 10. Influence of meteorological conditions on the distribution of pollutants (page 98)

This article discusses issues related to a system of convective cells of latitude air circulation in the atmosphere, the spread of pollutants from local air currents, scattering mechanisms of air pollution (pollutants) in the atmosphere, and the impact of adverse weather conditions on the distribution of pollutants.
The methods of evaluation of potential air pollution and especially the flow of air in the surface layer are defined.

11. Risk at industry in context of integration of management systems based on standards (page 113)

The theoretical and practical bases of risk management at the enterprises of machinebuilding are examined. The concentrated terminology of “occupational hazards”, risks arising as result of production activities of enterprises of machinebuilding and associated with lackness or reduction in product quality, environmental damage, staff and third parties, is defined.

On the basis of the analysis of the physiological information in the period of the vigorous activity and an estimation of working capacity of the person - the operator in person-machine systems the model of decision-making on possibilities of the further execution of the functional duties of operators and dispatchers of air transport is offered. For model construction the mathematical apparatus which is based on the theory of indistinct sets with application of the indistinct logic is used.
The offered model can be used for an adaptive estimation of a psycho physiological condition of operators and dispatchers of air transport directly at flight of air courts, giving possibility of the persons, making the decision to make corresponding decisions in a mode of real time.

4. Investigation of influence of atmosphere hothouse effect on a earth climate based on satellite information (page 60)

Based of multi-years satellite information and using the radiative-cloud model, studied is the relationship between the greenhouse effect and both the air surface temperature and the effective cloudiness equal to the product of cloud amount and their condition optical density. Formulas of satellite monitoring of global air temperature anomalies occurring due to the excess content in the atmosphere of nature convulsion products and greenhouse gases resulted from fossil fuel firing are obtained. Realistic estimations of the present climate cooling-warming are given. If linear trends of outgoing to space short-and long-wave radiation observed by satellites during the last 20 years remain, the global temperature in the second part of the 21 century can rise by 1,6-2,00C.

5. Prospects of use DGNSS in Azerbaijan (page 73)

Article is devoted to the analysis of a current state of development of DGNSS in the world, and also its possible ways of an expansion to Azerbaijan are considered. Some questions of influence of atmosphere on thematic processing of results of remote sounding of the Earth are investigated. Based on an example of studying of soil-vegetative objects it is shown, that for their shooting it is preferable to choose spectral channels of sensor controls in the range of 550-700 nanometers.

The article presents information about the global oil production, the nominal and reduced to the average annual exchange rate of U.S. dollar, the average world price per barrel of oil, the dynamics of global oil production and average price per barrel for years, a brief history of Azerbaijani oil, the dynamics of the annual and accumulated share of oil production in Republic of Azerbaijan compare to the world, Russia and Eurasia.

The work studies the mechanism of accumulation of damages in a material of details during oil-field equipment service and analyze laws of their influence on work capacity of the equipment in the conditions of non-stationary loading.

Tensions in ex-centric sealing elements with three holes that are used in oil and gaz industry machines and equipment distribute unequally. This brings complications into the stress condition of sealing element and that deforms sealing quality of element.
The new modified design which considers all the aspects of tension distribution can be engineered for ex-centric sealing element with three holes.
The object of this work to develop a new design for sealing which could control the tension based on “Muskheleshvily method” which allows to define the parameters of distributed tension.

Nitro-derivatives were obtained on the basis of α-olefins, C8, C12, C14, C16-18 from oligomerization of ethylene. Prepared sodium, potassium and ammonium salts of nitro-compounds in water and alcohol solutions. Investigated the action of these solutions on the kinetics of corrosion of steel in water saturated with CO2 in the presence of 1% NaCl solution. Found that the protective effect depends on the length and structure of the radical and the type of cation.

The article discusses the regulation of a commodity market, a brief description of forms and methods of market regulation, subjects and objects of regulation of products and services.
Established that the modern market - a market of imperfect competition featured by the presence of organic defects. The presence of imperfectly competitive market, organic defects is the objective preconditions which needs to be regulated to ensure a balance of public and private interests.
Technical regulation is a form of regulation of commodity market.

In this paper we propose an algorithm for constructing the optimal structure of the distribution of investments by groups of financial instruments that have the same (or similar) value, by finding the maximum entropy when the two linear constraints - the equality of the shares vi(vi>0) of various financial instruments, which leads to the unconditional extremum of the Lagrange functional L with uncertain coefficients β and μ. The latter problem was solved in two stages. In the first stage, taking the objective function of the residual of the first equation, we formulate a linear programming problem with respect to the vector v=(vi,….., vn).
In the second stage of the found in the first stage vector v=(vi,….., vn) constructed a vector v=(vi,….., vn) with positive components of the vector v. Equating v=vi (i=1,…n1) to get an over determined system of linear equations for the parameters β and μ. Normal pseudo solution this system allows you to find the third stage of the decision problem of unconstrained minimization with respect to (vi,….., vn) Lagrange functional L, which determines ultimately the optimal structure of the distribution of investments in financial instruments.

10. Mineral composition of enamel and dentine of deciduous teeth formed under conditions of biogeochemical deficiency of fluoride and iodide analyzed with XRMA (page 111)

There is an interest to analyze the mineral composition of enamel and dentine of schoolchildren’s deciduous teeth formed under conditions of biogeochemical deficiency of fluoride and iodide. An analysis of layer-by-layer distribution of macro- and microelements from surface layer of enamel to near-to-pulp layer of dentine has been conducted.
By means of X-ray micro analyses (XRMA) there has been studied macro- and microelement composition of enamel and dentine of 46 deciduous teeth. Concentration of 16 elements (Ca, P, F, I, Cl, Fe, Ti, Mn, Na, Si, Mg, Al, S, Cr, Zn, Cu) in three layers of enamel (surface layer, middle layer, enamel-dentine border layer) and in three layers of dentine (dentine-enamel border layer, middle layer, near-to-pulp layer) has been determined.

It is shown that the main causes of growth inhibition of fatigue fractures are the contact interaction of the sides of fracture in the near-threshold region when the stress intensity factor approaches the threshold value of deformation relief. To quantify the deformation relief the parameter characterized by cyclical and fractal dimension are used.

5. Non-local according to time of the inverse boundary problem for pseudohyperbolic equation of third order (page 54)

In this work an inverse problem for the pseudohyperbolic equation of third order with periodical boundary conditions is investigated. For this reason, first of all the initial problem reduces to the equivalent problem, for which the theorem of existence and uniqueness proves. Then using these facts the existence and uniqueness of the classical solution of initial problem is proved.
The results of this work may be use as mathematical models in many problems of heat, diffusion, electromagnet field, mechanics and mathematical physics.

A study was conducted on polarization characteristics of layer water with and without hydrogen-sulphide.
In order to determine inhibiting characteristics of PFO containing nitrogen, anode and cathode polarization curves of steel were drawn after measuring electrochemical properties in a potensiostatic complex.
It was determined that in a two-phase environment a PFO-based inhibitor containing nitrogen reduces the speed of anode and cathode processes and as a result, corrosion rate reduces.

At the moment investigation of hydrocarbon-polluted soils, determination of pollution level, offering cleaning ways are very important issues. The technique of the study: a) tangential lattice constants of epitaxial layers of PbSe, grown on the substrates of KCl in the range of 50-1200 nm thicknesses by reflection of X-ray from crystallographic planes that are divisible of the (100), b) normal lattice constants by the reflection of X-ray from the plane (622) in the thickness range 100-1200 nm and the reflection of X-ray from (002) plane at thicknesses <100 nm is developed.
It is established that in the thickness range 100-1200 nm deformations defined by the tangential and normal lattice constants increase approximately equal with a decrease of layers’ thickness. Monotonic increase of the tangential deformations continues for minimal thicknesses <100 nm, when there is a partial transformation of the cubic lattice to tetragonal.

As a principal criteria for selection of couplings it has been selected a coefficient of its relative damping.

12. Efficiency of consumption of fluoridated iodized salt by schoolchildren on micro-hardness of enamel and dentine of temporary teeth at biogeochemical deficiency of fluoride and iodide (page 109)
AHMEDBEYLI R.M.
Micro-hardness of enamel and dentine of intact temporary teeth of schoolchildren aged 7-12 years, born and residing in conditions of biogeochemical deficiency of fluoride (0.05 ppm F in water) and iodide (0.0033 - 0.005 ppm I in water) was studied. This study was carried out before and after 3 years following caries-preventive measures by using fluoridated iodized salt (300 ± 50 ppm F, 40 ± 10ppm I). It was discovered that the micro-hardness level of enamel and dentine of temporary teeth is twice lower than that of permanent ones. Also, it was discovered that the micro-hardness of the enamel and dentine located above and below the equator of teeth are identical.
A repeated study of the level of the micro-hardness of enamel and dentine of temporary teeth was carried out after 3-years approbation of the caries-preventive measures by using fluoridated iodized salt. An increase in the level of the micro-hardness of enamel and dentine of all groups of teeth was discovered. The use of fluoridated iodized salt in the dietary consumption resulted in the increase of the micro-hardness level of all layers of enamel and dentine, except for near-to-pulp layer. Caries-preventive measures stimulated an identical increase of the level of the micro-hardness of both zones of enamel and dentine above equator of tooth and zone of enamel and dentine below equator. The micro-hardness of enamel and dentine was examined on 98 temporary teeth (incisors - 35, canines - 24, molars - 39) on Vickers Hardness Test.

Low thermal stability of nano nickel boride is limited wide application of these catalysts in chemical industries. Zeolite supported nickel boride catalysts with better thermal stability were prepared by the chemical reduction method. Supported Ni–B nano-particles on zeolite exhibited more stability, larger surface area and better catalytic activities in comparison with nano nickel boride. Zeolite supported nano nickel borides has a good potential for application in direct hydrogenation of p-nitrophenol (PNP) to p-aminophenol (PAP) for their ability in adsorption of PNP, production of PAP with high purity and high catalytic activity. Nickel boride on zeolite is a good candidate for industrial application due to accessibility and low cost of the support.

The efficiency of combined brake bands in band-block brake of a drawwor is considered in terms of the dynamics of the interaction surfaces of main and additional tapes. Interaction takes into account the forces of contact friction and tension incoming branches of brake tapes (without running branches), causing mixed displacement of surfaces, that is the displacement of the first and second kind. This decreased correlation of tensions of incoming branches combined brake band, which allowed quasialignment specific load on its length.

Downhole motors of D-54, D-85, D-88 types are most efficient for the overhaul of wells, namely cleaning production casing from cement –sand plugs. These motors are equipped with the overflowing valves. However, these valves often fail. The aim of these valves is to provide overflow of circulation (flush) fluid from the inner space of the string to the annulus. Negative consequences that take place on failures of the overflowing valves are described. Model for calculation and determination of key parameters of valves actuator with the aim of improvement of its design is proposed. It is assumed that the spring of the overflowing valve are of the II class and are loaded periodically with velocity . Idle mode and regularity of change of the spring velocity under the action of fluid column have been determined graphically. This allows assessing the moment of valve s closure for the isolation of annulus from the inner space of string.
Proposed method can be used for the improvement of design of the overflowing valve.

For the purpose of increase of accuracy of an electric signal received from the vortex counter the location of a sensitive element theoretically is investigated. The received results are compared with practical, results well coincide.

According to the elemental, X-ray, infrared spectroscopic analysis and derivatographic established personality and presence of guest molecules and studied the process of thermal decomposition of clathrates - (I), (II). IR spectroscopic study revealed that the spectra of the decomposition products of clathrate compounds no absorption band of the molecule water in the region 3400-3440 sm-1.

Nowadays, the problem of modeling decision maker has been an object of analysis by researchers. Modeling of decision maker is presented in this paper. In the first stage of the modeling the identification determinants of a decision maker was implemented using Delphi method. The aim of the second stage consists of the linguistic evaluation of the factors. At the final stage decision makers model was realised by using program package –ESPLAN and fuzzy inference mechanism.

The customs policy priorities on the basis of the analysis of foreign economic activity of the on-going crisis in the global economy was investigated in the article.

The influence of polymer wastes on ecological equilibrium and methods of their neutralization has been shown. It has been noted that from known methods a recycling is more profitable from economical and ecological point of view. Along with this, new technological scheme on preparation of the polymer composition by a method of recycling on the basis of polyethylene wastes of low density and wastes of mineral fillers has been suggested. The influence of polymer coupling agent on properties of the prepared compositions has been revealed.

The work of gas lift wells periodically have stop. This occurs when theformation of sand plugs, accidents and other complications. Stopping the wells leads to additional costs and loss of time.
In this paper we consider the case of well test since its launch. Based on the laws of hydrodynamics, noted that the value of start-up of pressure depends on thewellhead pressure.
Calculating the amount of fluid absorbed, and dividing it by the time of pumping was determined volumetric flow of fluid into the formation.
By this method we can construct a direct dependence of the volume flow rateand pressure drop, which is determined by productivity index for a specific time.
In this paper we propose a method of studying gas-lift wells at start-up thatmakes it possible to apply a more reasonable solution at no additional cost to determine the basic parameters of the reservoir and the wellbore.

Vibration spectra of TlInS2 crystals in terahertz (0.1 - 3 ТHz) areas are received and analyzed. The observable low-frequency vibration band connected with the libration oscillation of the nanolayers (“bozon peak”).
Connection of coherent low-frequency fluctuation with disorder character of structure of a crystal is shown. The conclusion are made about the presence of the topological disorder which is shown at level of a layered subsystem.

9. The computer simulation of the transient processes in electrical chains with distributed parameters (page 73)

On the basis of the theory of operational calculus, a new, simple method is presented for the numerical simulation of transient processes in the linear loaded circuits with distributed parameters excluding losses in the line. It has been determined that highly active zinc-gallium zeolite containing catalyst reduces its activity in the propane-butane fraction transfer process in 10 hrs of exploitation. Together with it the given process is followed by intensive coke sedimentation on its surface. The investigation of oxidized regeneration process of zinc-gallium-zeolite containing catalyst allows to conclude that by maintaining the precise determined regeneration regime the activity of latter is restored.

On the basis of using the cascade models of development for synergy effects in the process of occurrence of emergencies the article shows the possibility of the approximation of the empirical probability distributions of natural disasters by joining non-power distribution (exponential or Weibull) and power distribution (Pareto or generalized Pareto). The estimation of the intersection point of these distributions is constructed by using the average value of emissions.

13. Tools of estimation and forecasting for agrifood systems sustainability (page 118)

Methodologicaly, the sustainability is defined through the main components: economic, ecological and social. Index of sustainability is offered to be used as the unit of measurement for the sustainability. The absolute values vary betweeen 0 and 1. The Aliyev-Atababayev formula is recommended to calculation . According to the given table , for each interval of the index absolute values there is a matching linguistic equivalent. The suggested method is regarding as the group of expert estimations. Few examples based on the game models are presented in the article. It is recommended to be used the above mentioned method as a rather effective and simple estimation instrument within hierarhically decision making “multiple economic systems”.

5. The accumulation of the excessive production gas in the temporary underground gas collectors (page 50)

The article reviews the problem of the gas burning in the oil fields. The details of the injection, storage and accumulation over the long period of the surplus production gas in the temporary underground gas collectors (TUGC) are established. TUGC provides the in-time development of the oil and gas reservoir avoiding unnecessary burning of the excessive production gas dissolved in the substantial amount in the crude oil or trapped in the gas cap. The gas accumulated in the TUGC can later be redistributed to the external customers or used within the fields to accommodate internal needs.

6. The ultra deep underwater pipeline parameter definition with “j”-method installation during directional immersion (page 55)

Over the long period the offshore development in Azerbaijan have required the solution of the problem with main pipelines supplying the oil and gas from the offshore wells through marine areas to the onshore. It is an international practice during the construction of the underwater pipelines to use “J”-method as at a vertical immersion as at a directional immersion with the slope of φ.
In this paper, the design diagrams are developed, and the forces and moments acting on the equilibrium of the system are analyzed. The appropriate calculations are made to determine the lateral forces and bending moments in the cross sections for the maximum depth depending on the length of the bottom section of the pipeline.

Research of three types of quantum key distribution protocols with qudits transfer is carried out: the type “preparation – measurement” with use d + 1 and two mutually unbiased bases and protocols with entangled qudits – simultaneously by criteria of information capacity of the protocol and its security to non-coherent attacks and photon number splitting attack for the purpose of finding of optimum type of protocols. For the first time photon number splitting attack on the protocol with six states which concerns to type of protocols with d + 1 bases is analysed. It is shown that simultaneously by criteria of information capacity and security to non-coherent attacks and photon number splitting attack the protocols “preparation – measurement” with two bases are optimal.

8. The transformation reactions of phenol-formaldehyde oliqomers (page 79)

The process of obtaining of the sulphocationic exchanger as a result of the transformation reactions of phenol-formaldehyde oliqomers modified by organic compounds containing nitrogen (benzoquanamin, benzilamin, asetamid and benzamid) is studied. For comparison, the transformation reaction of the unmodified phenol-formaldehyde oliqomers is also studied. As a result of transformation reaction of above-mentioned oliqomers, sulpho-group was added to each benzol circle.
It is found that due to the additional functional groups included in modified phenol-formaldehyde oliqomers improve the main characteristics of sulpho-cationic exchanger.

The paper defines the creation of polymer composition materials with the high physical-mechanical properties on the basis of the low-density polyethylene and the mineral filler (kaolin) by mixing the components in the laboratory rollers. It is revealed that the properties of the prepared samples depend on the character and form of the particles and their interaction at the border of polymer and filler. It is established that the use of appreta in the composition leads to the properties improvement.

Given the different equations to determine the coefficient of resistance of the particles and droplets during their deposition to the pseudo plastic liquid.

To start cutting the rotary motion is passed to the tool, radial Sn and rotator Sk - the circular feed of the billet. Herethe correlation relation between the transverse and circular feed is established.
The vertical milling machine with ЧПУ model ГФ217ТС5 is modernized, and the cutting groove is made in more than 1600 billets.
The machine time of cutting groove is shortened by more than 8 times, in comparison with thecutting in the outline with the shank cutters.

The demulsifying agent dosage process is analyzed throughthe change in its consumption depending on the petroleum emulsion in the inlet of the aggregate. The suggested process allows reducingthe expenditures of the oil refinement at the expense of the dosage accuracy.

This paper presents the results of the multifractal analysis based on the wavelet transformation, which can be considered as a method to study the spectral correlation properties of various processes, including non-stationary.
The comparative experience with the methods of MFFA (multifractal fluctuation analysis) and WTMM (wavelet transformation of modulus maxima) for studying of the multifractal properties of the signal of the time function shows that the MFFAmethod is more reliable and robust.
As an instrument of the “local” study of the structure of the time function, themultifractal analysis using the WTMM method allows to evaluate the correlation properties of random processes in comparison with a short signal.

The paper examines one of the problems arising during the transportation of abnormal oils, namely, the complications caused by asphalt-tar-paraffin residuals.Considering the importance of this issue, the experiment was conducted to study the influence of cavitation on formation of asphalt-tar-paraffin residuals inside pipeline.
As experiments have shown, as a result of cavitation in oil there are irreversible changes in viscosity, pressure of sated steams, in concentrations of paraffin, asphalt and tar hydrocarbons. Affecting such factors by cavitation it can be the way to increase the efficiency of technological processes during transportationand combat asphalt-tar-paraffin residuals.

8. The system modeling of the separation process of oil hidrocarbones fractions through pyrolysis (page 73)

The processes of obtaining pure isobutane, isobutylene and butadiene by the refinement of gas fractions of pyrolysis oil hydrocarbons are examined. A mathematical model is developed for the reactor loading with material and heat flows extracted from the target component fraction of pyrolysis, including the recirculation flow and the absorber.A mathematical model is submitted for the process of the material loading of the separation column of the recirculatefrom the product of the reaction, the model of the loading process of the separation column by the material flow of the absorber of the recirculated substance and the heat load to extract recirculate from the product of reaction, and the model of the separation process of the component fractions of pyrolysis of oil hydrocarbons in the reactor.
A mathematical model is obtained for the whole separation processes ofthe complex fractions of oil products pyrolysis.

9. The role of condensation products during ethylene aromatization process in the high silica zeolite catalyst (page 85)

The work studies the effect of temperature and volume rates on the process of ethylene aromatization in the high silica zeolite catalyst (Si02/A1203 = 54), and the nature of the condensation products formed during the process.
It is shown that the formation of aromatic hydrocarbons at 350-450°C is observed only after the accumulation of the chark products in amount of 6-8% on the catalyst surface in the first 20-25 minutes of the process.
The accumulated condensation products, neutralizingthe acidic centers,themselves show the catalytic activity during the studied process.

A technology of manufacturing the decorative rugs with limps is designed. The parameters of the mechanized production process of the decorative rugs are determined. Through the technical and economic calculations it was determined that the cost of decorative rug with lumps is no more than 800 rub/m2 that is 3-3.5 times less expensive than ceramic tiles.

This research presents the results from studying of the polarization and diffusion characteristics of vegetation. The polarized light unlike the diffusive-reflective signal never gets through the plants leaves. Thus, the polarization, the portion of light that mirror reflected from the vegetation, can be an important information source about the different types of flora and their conditions. This paper discusses the polarization-diffusion properties of the light reflected from the wheat during the vegetation period.

The paper presents the research results of the irregular dynamic variables as an information carrier, which allows not only to classify all information contained in the chaotic series, but also to distinguishably extract the necessary parts. All revealed “Passport Information” naturally forms a single information module, defined as “information of dynamic differences”. We also give algorithms for the problems under consideration.

11. Electronic properties of the nickel surface compounds in the conversion of isopropyl alcohol (page 115)

1. Physical mesomechanics as an integration of continuum mechanics with physics of plasticity and strength (Part I) (page 7)

The analytical overviewof studies in the new field of solid physics - physical mesomechanics of structurally inhomogeneous media, developing at the junction of the continuum mechanics (macro level) and the physics of plasticity and strength of deformable solid objects (micro level). According to the concept of structural levels of deformation, the surface layer of deformable solid objects is independent, and the leading functional subsystem. With increase ofdeformation level, it develops the autonomous processes (plasticity waves), which have a decisive influence on the plastic flow staging localization and the sample destruction in general. On the meso level, the deformation has a translational-rotational vortices nature.
The versatility of physical mesomechanics is due to the fact that it is based on the principle of gauge symmetry and it is analogous to other gauge theories such as Maxwell’s electrodynamics and general relativity theory.

The paper develops the calculation techniques of the sealing rubber used in the oil-field equipment. The main calculation features are analyzed for the necessary constructive changes of sealing, which provide the realization of given mechanical characteristics.
For the synthesis sealing (down-hole packer) the elastic potential is applied, which is defined on the basis of the asymmetric shape of the seal, so that when the seal is compressedagainst the contact surface there would be a fixed voltage, filling the seat.

The hydrates formation model is developed inside of thecrude gas channels, it is based on the hydrodynamics and heat exchange equations in in the axes symmetry conditions. The account of two-dimensional effects of the hydrates formation allows specifying the initial point of the hydrates formation in pipelines.
The technique is developed to estimate the deposition of the condensed phase at the natural gas movement, using the results of the joint numerical solution of equations for the gas and condensed phases in two-dimensional statement. The calculation of particletrajectories in the technological equipment shows the possibility of either the abrasive wear of the details that are in a stream, or the intensive sticking and accumulation of the condensed phase.

Dock structures that are widely used in hydraulic engineering are subject to various external pressures and influences. In this paper the thermal stress is calculated for the wall and the bottom of the docking chamber ship lock.

The numerical determination of the component weight based on the complete matrix, which is constructed on the basis of the management model diagram, seems by authors as an effective tool in the modeling of the adequate management system.The system classification in the post-reforming period, as a difficult period from the system management point of view, provides the methodological ground to choose any appropriate management model. A clear parametric description of the system makes it possible to perform the correcting classification, followed by the optimal selection of the management model.Expressed in numbers, the component weight allows an indicative prioritization of the investment policy.

An analytical overview is conducted for the works in the new field of solid state physics –the physical mesomechanics of structurally non-homogeneous states, that developson the intersect of the continuum mechanics (macro) and the physics of plasticity and strength of deformable solids (micro level). According to the concept of structural levels of deformation, the surface layer in the deformable solids is independent and a leading functional subsystem. With an increasing level of deformation, it develops autonomous processes (the plasticity waves), which have a decisive influence on the staging of localization of the plastic flow and the sample destruction as a whole. On the mesoscale, the deformation has a translation-rotation vortices nature.

The paper deals with the formation of new properties in the strained layers of AIVBVI semiconductors that can combine the specific features of bulk crystals and quite thin layers doped and with defects including the nonstoichiometric ones. It is shown that, when the solid solutions PbSnTe and PbSnSe were doped with the impurities with variable valences and radiuses less than those of the elements to be substituted, the strained layers acquired new properties. The acquisition of new properties in the layers and hetero-structures of AIVBVI semiconductors allows designing of the new IR photo-detectors with high sensitivity at high temperature and the lasers with low-threshold currents.

It is shown the design and the operating parameters of micro pixel avalanche photodiodes and the process of avalanche multiplication of charge carriers in micro-channels.
The main parameters of samples of single-element and matrix of micro-pixel photodiodes that developed and investigated in this work are given.

The operational features of the cogeneration gas turbine power plant are provided, executed on the basis of a gas turbine engine with an air-heat recovery and n additionally generated energy in a air-turbine engine. The energy efficiency indicators of installation are examined. The exploitation of station in one of the regions of Russia is showed as an example to demonstrate its advantages in comparison with other power plants of the same type.

7. Aviation fuel monitoring during contemprorary transportation and storage (page 59)

The paper’s author reviews the possibility to regulate the general parameters of national and foreign transportation aircrafts, and also parameters of civil aviation aircrafts tested on the aviation fuel. The physical and chemical analysis of the Azerbaijan oil products, TC-1, is conducted in accordance with standards of GOST 10227-86 and ASTMD 1655-02. The transportation and storage of aviation fuel under the international regulations is shown on the basis of experimental studies.

8. Unsaturated synthetic and natural organic acids, their derivates and application (page 67)

Sulfonic acids has been studied on the basis of fatty acids extracted from vegetable oils, their physical-chemical properties and ability to dissolve in various solvents have been examined. Sulfonic acid was used to obtain salts and complexes, its inhibitory activity in 1% NaCl aqueous solution saturated with CO2 were revealed. The gathered data showed that, based on unsaturated organic acids also including those obtained from plants, semi-functional and highly effective corrosion inhibitors and other protectants can be created.

9. Synthesis and application of macrocyclic compounds with quaternary ammonia centers for improving rheological properties of oils (page 81)

Taken into account the large theological significance of quaternary ammonium compounds in the oil industry, the paper’s authors have developed the unique method of synthesis of the macro-cyclic compounds with quaternary ammonium in the center of ring. Syntheses are carried out on the basis of easily accessible 2.21-digalogend alkyl ethers and bis-tertiary amine.
The resulting regulators reduce viscosity of heavy oil and reduce the amount of petroleum resins.

10. Modeling of human-operator decision process in socio-technical air navigation system (page 88)

The socio-technical analysis of the air navigation system has been conducted, as result the various factors affecting on the human-operator decision process under expected and unexpected aircraft operating conditions are classified, formalized and systematically summarized. The base models are obtained for the civil aviation pilots and controllers to investigate the influence of socio-psychological and individual-psychological factors on their professional performance. The influence of preference system of the civil aviation pilots and controllers on their conceptual behaviour is determined.

11. Instrumental measuring of aircraft vertical speed based on magnetic levitation (page 103)

The aim of this work to propose an appliance schema for measuring an aircraft vertical speed based on the concept of magnetic levitation. The aircfract velocity is displayed on the digital monitor. The schematic diagram of device can be singled out due to a simplicity of its circuit design. The functional block-diagram and its calculation are provided in the paper. The actual software to calculate and display speed is also developed.

6. Load-carrying capacity of a fiber–reinforced annular three-layer composite plate, clamped on internal and free supported on external contours (page 61)

The paper studies the bearing capacity of a three-layer circular plate clamped on the inner loop and freely supported on the outer edges, coating on the front side of the thin layers. Middle layer plate reinforced with fibers. It is assumed that the matrix materials, fibers and coatings are perfectly plastic without hardening. It is shown that the plate ring divided into five zones, each of which implements a variety of plastic state. Static fields defined moments and kinematic velocity field deflections, found the equation for the unknown radius separating different plastic zones, as well as the equations for determining the reference reaction and the ultimate load in the case of a uniformly distributed transverse load. Also determined the kinematic possible velocity field deflections.

7. Mass-transfer by countercurrent extraction process of wastewater in the spray tower and modeling of apparatus (page 71)

A technology is developed for wastewater purification by solvent extraction using the extractor spray. The paper presents results of research on wastewater treatment plants from paint butyl glycol, phenyl-iso-propanol, acetic acid and acetyl-acetone. A mathematical model is proposed for the process to determine the specific surface of the contact surface, the distance between the cells of the extractor, mass-transfer coefficients and mass-transfer components in phases, calculated concentrations of the components in opposite phases and the height of the machine.

8. Method of intellectual control of the stream of reactive power in load nodes of the power supply system on the basis of fuzzy-logic (page 85)

Based on the fuzzy controllers an intelligent control system is developed for the reactive power, which reduces the power losses in the network elements and the excitation system of synchronous motor, and also supports a substantial reserve of reactive.

9. Ecological and economical estimation of alternative energy plants use in oil field technological process (page 95)

The ways of using alternative energy sources is studied for the industrial processes, such as production, preparation, processing and transportation of oil in terms of fields, in order to save fuel and provide the evaluation of environmental pollution. The methodological approaches are indicated which takes into account the factors of time, economic and environmental efficiency of alternative energy sources and the use of standard, existing to date equipment. The expediency of using the renewable energy sources is established.

10. Price modelling using the stochastic model of financial data (page 102)

Based on a stochastic model of the stock price as a function of a Wiener process, the computational procedure of forecasting stock price is developed. To generate a Wiener process the canonical decomposition of a random function is used for its values in a discrete number of points.

The article looks at methods of evaluating load and center of gravity of aircrafts. As an example, based on the airplane A320-214 Load and Trimsheet (tables for load and center of gravity) the listed parameters are determined. Using a new contacless method, the authors calculated the mean square deviation, the average score error, the probabilistic error. A new methods proved to be effective in calculated the above parameters.

The effect of the different input methods of modifiers is studied: ion exchange, impregnation and dry mechanical mixing of catalytic properties of the zeolite base catalyst at the C3-C4 hydrocarbon conversion. The obtained quantitative data helps to identify the significant differences for the thermo-steaming and thermal activation of the modified catalyst exhibited during the conversion of the C3-C4 hydrocarbons and the selectivity of aromatic hydrocarbons.
It is shown that the sample made of by the mechanical mixing with a subsequent high temperature treatment is most active.
The regularities of the reaction-regeneration cycles are established.

New complex compounds of iron (II) and (III) with benzoic acid are synthesized. According to the ele¬mental, X-ray, IR-spectroscopic and derivative-graphic analyzes individuality and the chemical formulas of com¬plex compounds are established. It was established that the divalent and trivalent iron salts in the reaction with sodium salts of benzoic acid from a complex compound of the same composition Fe(C6H5COO)3(H2O). This is due to the fact that, before the formation of the complex compound the created hexa-aqua cation [Fe(H2O)6]+2 is rather easily oxidized in the [Fe(H2O)6]+3.
The influence of complex compound on rheological property of oil is fully examined.

The article views the general information on cavitation and lists all known conditions and conditions of its occurrence as hydraulic phenomenon. It is noticed, that despite a negative influence cavitation, the phenomena has also a positive impact. The application of these effects in meso- and micro-spaces with new nano-objects that extends the list of possible perspective technologies, are shown in the paper.
Under laboratory conditions, the chemical features of the Azerbaijan oil with small content paraffin are analyzed on borders of the cavitation zone, the results of which are given in the table. The carried out researches show that applied to oil and petroleum products the cavitation technologies can improve their rheological characteristics and quality indicators. Based on the obtained results, the perspectives of using the cavitation technologies are affirmed with respect to the oil transportation and the oil refining.

This article is about studies related to the effect of bending degree of directionally drilled well profiles over the pump units of sucker-rod pump method. Dynamometer cards were made for different intervals of wellbore by RIH the pump assembly, also the strain on the suspension point of rods and load on balance arm were calculated. A relationship between stretching tension of pump assembly at a given depth and wellbore bending rate was defined.

The article reviews waste of ferroalloy plants – micro-silicon dioxide. Introduction of micro-silicon parts into cement allows receiving concrete of high-strength B 100-120, and also concrete of middle classes, with the concrete economy of 50%. The factory production of ferroconcrete designs with micro-silicon allows lowering TVO by 3-4 hours, thus frost resistance, water tightness, and other properties, both factory production and monolithic increases.
